PRE-LUBRICATION WITH WAX
The wax allows to limit friction and allows much longer relubrication intervals than a classic lubricant.
PREFORMED BI-CONIC BUSHES
Unlike the non-preformed bushings they undergo
a "barrel" type deformation, the work surface
of the preformed bushes is increased by one
uniform distribution of mechanical stresses. This increases
noticeably resistance.
PEENING
Thanks to the heat treatments and shot peening carried out on the plates, the tensile strength is about 20% HIGHER THAN ISO STANDARDS.
ANTI-WEAR DELTA®
Treatment
The Thermo-Chemical Treatment confers a remarkable resistance to abrasion and oxidation, thanks to the considerably higher surface hardness.
Coeficient of friction
The friction coefficient is lower than that of all other joints (cemented, carbonitrided, ...). The hardness and chemical properties of the joints allow you to move the seizure point
Thanks to superior hardness, a low coefficient of friction and compatible chemical affinities, our chains have a longer life than standard chains, especially in severe applications (abrasion, impact, difficult lubrication).
These particular properties allow this type of chain to transmit to higher powers.

300 Series Stainless Steel Pins and Plates
Bushes machined from solid in stainless steel series 300
Extruded stainless steel rollers
Pre-lubrication with NSF H1 food oil or other lubrication on request
Presence of a minimum of 10.5% chromium
ANTICORROSION DELTA TITANIUM ®
For the most demanding applications and in particular when an important tensile strength is required, this treatment is the most suitable.
It benefits from the DELTA® treatment mentioned above and a GEOMET treatment against corrosion.
GEOMET is a coating consisting of Zinc and Aluminum flakes, 100% Chromium VI free.
Offers significantly better corrosion resistance. In fact, red rust appears only after 450 hours compared to 100 hours of a dichromate galvanizing treatment.
WITHOUT LUBRICATION
This chain allows you to:
• avoid lubrication when it is difficult or even impossible for various reasons
• avoid oil splashes that cause contamination of the transported products
• operate in a humid environment
• decrease the risk of lubrication oil pollution,
• reduce the overall cost of maintenance.
The concept of non-lubrication is based on the use of sintered bushings.
The pin undergoes a surface hardening treatment, the rollers are solid and all components are nickel plated for corrosion protection.
